Dripology Rx is the prescription wellness arm of Dripology. We respect your privacy and treat your health information with the care it deserves. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. For our in-clinic privacy practices, visit dripology.co.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information: Name, date of birth, email, phone number, and shipping address.
• Health information: Medical history, current medications, allergies, lab results, intake responses, and clinical communications shared with our prescribing providers and our partner Orbit Health.
• Payment information: Securely processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Government identification: When required for identity verification or compliance.
• Website usage: IP address, browser type, device info, and pages visited via cookies and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• Provide telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment through our partner Orbit Health.
• Communicate about your intake, prescription, shipment tracking, and refills.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Comply with state and federal pharmacy, telehealth, and HIPAA regulations.
• Improve our service and your experience.
• Send promotional messages (only with your consent — see section 4).

3. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Orbit Health — our clinical operating partner that employs the state-licensed providers writing your prescriptions and that coordinates pharmacy fulfillment.
• licensed compounding pharmacies in our network for dispensing.
• Payment processors for secure transactions.
• Shipping carriers for delivery.
• Service providers (email, SMS, analytics) under written confidentiality agreements.
• Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law (including DEA, FDA, and state pharmacy boards).

4. SMS communications & opt-in policy

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Dripology Rx and Orbit Health, including appointment reminders, prescription updates, shipping notifications, and (with separate consent) promotional messages.

Opt in: Text JOIN to (424) 255-4144 or opt in via our website intake form.

Frequency: Varies based on your prescription activity; will not exceed 10 promotional messages per month.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive confirmation and no further promotional messages. Critical clinical messages (e.g., emergency safety recalls) may still be sent.

Carrier rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Dripology Rx is not responsible for carrier fees.

5. Security & data protection

All client information is stored securely and our infrastructure is HIPAA-compliant through our partnership with Orbit Health. Only authorized personnel can access patient data, and access is logged and audited. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

6. Your rights

• Access your personal and health information on file.
• Request corrections to inaccurate information.
• Request deletion where law permits (some health records have mandatory retention periods).
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
