What it is
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), the natural hypothalamic peptide that signals the pituitary to release growth hormone.
How it works
By acting on GHRH receptors at the pituitary, sermorelin supports endogenous (the body’s own) pulsatile growth hormone release. This is mechanistically distinct from administering exogenous growth hormone directly.
What to expect
Sermorelin supports the body’s own growth-hormone rhythm and is typically taken on an ongoing nightly schedule. Any response builds over weeks to months and varies from person to person — some people may notice little or no change. Your prescriber sets the dose and schedule. It is a compounded preparation, is not an FDA-approved finished drug, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. As a growth-hormone secretagogue it appears on the WADA prohibited list and is not suitable during sanctioned athletic competition.

Is Sermorelin FDA-approved?
No. Compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved finished drug, and this use is off-label. It is dispensed only after a state-licensed prescriber reviews your intake.
How is it taken?
Sermorelin is typically given as a small subcutaneous injection, often at night to match the body’s natural growth-hormone rhythm. Your provider reviews technique with you.
How long is a cycle?
It is usually taken on an ongoing nightly schedule rather than a short cycle; your prescriber sets the dose and reviews it over time.
Can I take it alongside my other treatments?
