Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Dripology Rx, the prescription wellness arm of Dripology, operated in partnership with Orbit Health. These terms govern your use of dripologyrx.com and any prescription product or service you obtain through us. By using the site or completing a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. For our in-clinic terms, visit dripology.co.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a US resident in a state where Dripology Rx operates. You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Some products have additional contraindications listed on the product page. By submitting a consultation, you represent that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.

2. Telehealth service description

Dripology Rx provides a website and intake platform. Clinical care is delivered by independent, state-licensed providers contracted through our partner Orbit Health. These providers, not Dripology, make clinical decisions about whether to prescribe and what to prescribe. Dripology Rx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medication. Dispensing is performed by licensed compounding pharmacies in the Orbit Health network.

3. Consent

By starting a consultation you consent to receive care via telehealth, to electronic communications, to the secure transfer of your health information to Orbit Health and our dispensing pharmacies, and to electronic signing of clinical documents. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@dripology.co; withdrawal will end the service.

4. Compounded medications

Many products offered through Dripology Rx are compounded medications, prepared by U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies under USP standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drugs. The provider prescribing your medication has determined the compounded formulation appropriate for your clinical situation. Results vary by individual.

5. Pricing, billing, and subscriptions

• All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Many products are sold on a recurring subscription. You will be charged monthly or per the cadence stated on the product page until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through your Orbit Health account or by emailing info@dripology.co.
• If a prescription is not approved by our provider after intake, you will not be charged.

6. Shipping & refunds

• Medications ship discreetly via temperature-controlled carriers where required.
• Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of provider approval.
• Prescription medications cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. If a product arrives damaged or differs from the prescription, contact info@dripology.co within 7 days; we will arrange replacement.
• Refunds for unmedicated services (consults that did not result in a prescription) are at our discretion.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete medical and contact information.
• Promptly notify your provider of any change in health status, medications, allergies, or supplements.
• Use medication only as prescribed; do not share or transfer it to anyone else.
• Store medication safely and dispose of needles per state regulations.
• Attend recommended follow-up consultations and labs where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Dripology and Dripology Rx names, logos, design, and all content on this website are the property of Dripology and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any portion without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripology, Dripology Rx, Orbit Health, and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
