DRIPOLOGYPRESCRIPTION • RXFrequently Asked Questions
The most common questions, answered plainly.
Is this legal?
Yes. Every product is prescribed by a state-licensed provider and compounded by a U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacy — most as a patient-specific 503A prescription written for you.
Do I need to see a doctor in person?
For most products — no. The 5-minute intake form is all that’s needed; your prescriber reviews remotely. For TRT and female HRT, we’ll order bloodwork (any LabCorp/Quest near you) and a 1-on-1 specialist call.
What if I’m not approved?
No charge. We only bill once a prescriber has approved your prescription.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of provider approval.
Can I cancel auto-refill?
Any time. Two clicks from your dashboard.
Do you ship internationally?
No. US only.
Is Dripology Rx connected to the Dripology clinics?
Yes. Dripology Rx is the prescription wellness arm of Dripology. Same brand, same clinical standards. If you’re in Santa Monica or New York, you can also book in-clinic care.
How is my medication compounded?
Most prescriptions are compounded specifically for you by a state-licensed (503A) compounding pharmacy after your provider writes your prescription. Certain commercially available products — such as some vitamins, like B12 — may instead come from an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Both are U.S.-licensed and follow USP compounding standards.
Is the medication FDA-approved?
Active ingredients are FDA-approved. Compounded formulations are not separately FDA-approved as finished drugs.
Do I need labs?
Depends on protocol. GLP-1, peptides, ED — usually no. TRT, female HRT, complex stacks — yes, we’ll order them.
What states do you serve?
All 50 US states.
How do I reach customer support?
Email info@dripology.co — we respond within one business day.
Prefer to come in?
Dripology operates two flagship clinics — Santa Monica and New York City. IV therapy, aesthetics, in-clinic peptide protocols, and provider-led concierge care.
